The structure was maxed out...most otc companies are not self sufficient so they use stock to make purchases and expand...pay bills...and cover all expenses until they can find other ways to raise capital with any dilution...but even big board companies dilute...it is part and parcel of the survival system for many small caps...You will find a slew of companies with higher a/s that have run into multi pennies...
