I agree. A price rise to over a $1.00 a share on the NASDAQ is a big "IF". In fact, this latest Corporate Update is the most bullish I've read in years from MHTX. I think what they're trying to say is that if they do achieve large potential partners that they' ll "be dividending" part or all the IBX shares to MHTX shareholders and if having acquired a large private technology company they'll move over to the NASDAQ exchange. We'll all to to wait this one out long term.
