jakedogman, I too am concerned we don't have a proxy yet, and I'm not sure what that means. However, Ronin's "reason" doesn't make sense unless you also agree with Ronin that anti-PS is essentially worthless. In my opinion, the most disconcerting thing that could happen would be a PR increasing the board to 7 followed by a proxy naming PPHM's additions with an ASM to happen in 10 days.
