If this goes south, he loses. On the 14A this year, he had 22 million shares. On last form 4, 6/26/17, he had over 45 million options. Those options will be worthless since the exercise price on nearly all will be well above the share price if this goes south.

We are already at $0.07. Where do you think the share price will land if he fails? I think it'll be below $0.01. That means even if he was able to offload all his shares to the market, he would only take home less than $250,000. He's not living for a decade off that.

Another fact is that he's been taking shares for years as salary, those shares show in his accumulated ownership since he's over 5% owner, if I'm not mistaken. This means he loses many years of work and cashes out $250,000 for 10 years of work. I could be wrong on the laws on shares for salary and reporting. Someone please correct me, if so.
