I'm thinking that a bunch of institutions and private investors averaged down in the past few days.

Whoever did it made the determination that PMTS already bottomed and that no more bad news was coming out.

I hope when their buying support disappears that others replace it. At least hold around here while we wait for Mr. Scheirman to share his turn around strategy with us.
