David Schmidt is the CEO of LOTE (Lot 78, INC) and is also the single managing member or principal of Garage Juice Bar Manager, LLC which is one of the prinicpals of Garage Juice Bar, LLC and the other principal is John Schmidt (brother?) WTF?
