That table looks like it was current as of May 31, 2017. It also had a column for February 28, 2017, suggesting that there should be a similar document with figures updated as of August 31 either available or soon to be available (October 15 would be 45 days after a quarter end of 8/31).

THe figures in this table indicate that OMVS was actively issuing convertibles in May. I am curious as to whether they continued to do so in June, July and August.
