3.35X increase in PPS upon closing just to get to the low end of 1X sales or $28.8M. That's a PPS minimum of .0147 and this is just the first of many LOI Agreements they have racked and stacked. These companies that they're rolling up into this behemoth have been in the works for over a year now. Wouldn't be surprised to see another one close prior to year end. GLTA UF
