The pattern has been the same for months. It floats up 6-8% then even than down 6-8%... rinse, repeat. They won't allow it to move. Me and Cash have brought this up multiple times. My opinion it isn't DT flippers. Dilution or inside manipulation in my opinion possibly through market makers. L2 shows same Mms and same patterns over and over.
