Makes sense too as their first prototypes were installed in the Netherlands and Kuwait and Piet Oosterling "Inventor, Chief Technology Officer, and Director" has been based there for years. The company has not released post-merger financial or debt conversion information. We figure that is why otc markets put the skull and bones on the symbol because it is being promoted without information. If the company is healthy, it will be corrected.
