Not so sure plane deal cancelled unless inspections not satisfactory. As for $12 Put arrangements, lots of info in 8K. One issue highlighted by LongCA was less than 10% equity stake limit for Puts instruments.
It may be difficult to get the $300K max if TMPS pps is under $1.20. So, it remains to be seen what is in bag of tricks of TMPS executives to get the stock above $1.20. Recall, this was a calculation of $12M divided by 10M shares or 10% of 100M A/S.
Idea of cash infusion is a good one. But, market conditions may be a limiting factor at these prices - $0.25 +/- $0.03 channel.
