Uhh paying off debt is putting it in the business . And eliminating the debt. The stock did just what would be expected . Dropped to the offering price and is holding up fine . And I don't think somebody going to fork over 114 million without doing a little DD . Maybe it was some short sellers trying to sneak out the back door before they got their azz handed to them . Hmmm
