You might be right, but for now I still think that it is going to be very hard to screw this one up for KK. With the float as thin as it is, it will take very little to make this move. Also I think CC has to be looking for a settlement that makes them look the best. I think there is a reason why they've stopped diluting as soon as CC got in control. IMO CC wants a result that they can sell to other companies, not some fuzzy settlement that only helped a few insiders.

Don't hold your breath while waiting for a response. You're wasting your time. "Industry media" like Ethanol Producer Magazine is ICM's Exclusive Propaganda Machine. They're funded, big time, by ICM and their advertising dollars.

That's exactly right and explains why your noble quest with the "media" failed. Do you think his Exclusive Propaganda Machine ran GERS' PR when the USPTO reconfirmed the patents as valid? Or did they just run the SJ article repeatedly? Did EPM report on the appeal or the July 2016 ruling? Please... They're too busy posting articles of ICM tooting their own horn.

I've posted the USPTO's decision, patent information, etc in the comment box of relevant EPM articles. They were instantly removed, deleted, and eventually, they disabled the comment sections entirely.

Thankfully, there's other avenues like IHUB, Yahoo Finance, Stockhouse, and Skunk.
