That is not a valid question to ask. How else will they pay for the merger? Are they profitable today with the product (Fraudlytic) they have in hand...answer is NO.

You have to raise money by selling shares for this big acquisition.

Have you not heard of companies raising A/S just so they can perform mergers. I don't ask silly questions :)
