There was NO "corrected wording," as you claim. A press releases falls short of correcting an SEC filing BY A LONG SHOT.

Try reading again: "The foregoing... is qualified in its ENTIRETY by the full text of the Purchase Order, WHICH IS FILED as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report."

A press release is a press release - a public statement. An SEC filing of a material definitive agreement is just that --> a filing; a formal, legal record of the agreement. NO press release changes that!
