The tax cut is loaded about 55% to the top 1% and corporations

Unless someone thinks trickle down worked in the past - this is the rich get richer .... the rest of us sit around (note - disclosure - while distant from the top 1% of income/wealth - I likely am in top 3% of both ... and I do not need relief)
