Tom's backpedaling PR today admits the deal's not done.

The Deal is done.

I am not disputing the PO. I am merely reiterating what BVTK itself said today. Darkpulse is still negotiating its $107 million "deal" with the secret client in the secret Eastern European country and there is no guarantee that will happen and if it doesn't, the PO is meaningless....signed or not.

As BVTK itself says...they may not see any revenue from it.
