Looks like the Whales are dumping HPNN as fast as they can as the pump causes investors to see that Hop-On has no business license anymore and they have some serious legal issues.
The legal problems were tweeted some time ago, but now seem to be even more evident.
I certainly can dig it (the huge share dumps going on). Sure hope those investors that got stuck with shares don't wait too long to dump.
