Intent or not, BVTK's announcements were deceptive. PR today back-pedals those announcements, showing the "deals" are not finalized.

Well factually, if there was no mal intent, the discussion is over.

"mal intent" does not matter in Securities Law...it is the company's responsibility to provide "adequate and accurate" information in its filings.

By the looks of today's PR, the 8K may have fallen short on the "adequate part" for WHATEVER reason....otherwise why the need to PR that language specifically relating to yesterday's announcement?
