There may not have been an intent...but that was the practical effect because there was no qualification or caveat in the 8K yesterday regarding the true status of Darkpulse's $107 million deal.

Any plain reading of the 8K and PO made it sound like a done deal for Darkpulse, and today's follow-up PR revealed in pretty clear language that is not that case.
