#3728 RE: LW89 #3726

Wasn't sure of myself until now.

This is my first penny stock (I've traded a few since for a quick in and out, but IMUN is my only long term penny that I've ever been in - over 2 years now). And I've been so public about my beliefs, partly, as to see what responses I would get from others. To have discussion to help educate myself. The only people I have to talk to about my first penny stock is this board and the friends I've told about this stock, some of whom watch my posts here. And none of them have ever owned a penny stock either.

When I first brought up Dump and Pump, I believed in it, but I also wanted to see what others said. Because I didn't know that I was right. I wanted to discuss it. After all, my belief started when reading this online link, which is rather shady.

If nobody can refute my beliefs, than I am more confident in them.

I am MOST confident in my belief right now, in terms of your question, "Why did I wait until now?"

It was a culmination of everything I've learned about penny stocks until today. I asked this board, genuinely, "What do I have to lose?" I didn't know the answer to that question. Perhaps I could have something to lose that I wasn't considering.

I figured if someone can explain to me what I have to lose, then maybe I am wrong in going to the SEC. Nobody has been able to explain to me, yet, what I could possibly have to lose. So now I feel more confident that I can go to the SEC without harming myself.

To answer your question ever further, I have been emailing the company in the past few days and specifically sending emails to all board members, employees, IRP, and legal.

My question is simply, why is the PFM debt absent from the Q2 report? When are you going to amend the Q2 report to include the PFM debt?

They ignored me as usual. I have other evidence from previously that I will not discuss. But this is the last time I will be ignored.

Management, you want to purposely omit the PFM debt from the Q2 report, and ignore investors when they bring it up. Well, I believe that's illegal. Let's see what the SEC thinks.

Go rot in hell IMUN board members and anyone else involved in this market manipulation scheme. I hope to see you all in jail some day.
