this is why i am confused on which it will go. pmcb appears to be setting itself up for a partnership now. but if the chinese are involved, they want to own everything, including the usa. i can't see them wanting a partner. and i agree, if china is involved, i can see them jumping on it early.
either way it's definitely a win-win situation. this next year should be interesting.
