Morning LauraT, In defense, actually everyone finds out at the same time. Once pr is released about it, everyone knows.
I was in the middle of a merger and once it was signed and released. We all heard about it. Up to the pr of loi. It was tight liped.

Laura, we were all told about the merger. It's not a secret. Neither is whether the merger is still a go or has been terminated.

Frankie can confirm the deal is still on. Or not. In fact, he has a duty to report to shareholders if the deal has fallen through. In fact, even though this is the OTC and SANP is non reporting, I believe he has a timeframe to report by.

If this is not so, I'm sure someone will correct me.

I haven't checked the Twitter page, but should I take it for granted Frankie hasn't spoken on the subject yet?
