The best course of action is to get a money partnership that all agree to.
I agree there but imagine if some BP was sick and tired of dealing with current BODs due to them possibly looking for a great deal and the only way the best deal will be possible is solidifying PS Targeting IP value via validation in some ways.....
Imagine if Ronin group was trying to force a deal sooner ...where that validation did not just have enough time to surface?
I still don't know why current BOD members never bought more on open market though and don't know why they have not responded to Ronin group letter yet.....
...maybe soon we all find out a bit more
... maybe Dr Brekken in China means more than we know ....so far, as even Ronin group knows that are not there to talk about manufacturing or AVID
