Nothing will happen to them! I was in a penny stock (sp#g)that bilked investors over 100 mil dollars, and they both got away with a slap on the wrist. SEC wanted to close this case and De-list name to help protect the short sellers (2.5 billion shares shorted). STILL FIGHTING IN THE COURTS (8 YEARS LATER).
