We were shown the mill and watched it run. There was an open bag sitting plump on the floor somewhere in the warehouse. Some of the others were looking in it and grabbing the material. I didn't investigate but from my point of view it appeared very finely ground. Poured out of the hand smoothly, not like the "dumping" effect I think of with plant materials.
If it was a short supersack sitting on the floor in the warehouse and the material inside was milled fairly finely (but not a powder,) then it probably was filled with the 60 mesh product that came with the plant when Perlowin bought it at auction.
