What is confirmed:

1) An individual acquired control of the DOLV shell
2) DOLV acquired a company named "JB & ZJMY Co., Ltd." with practically zero assets and zero revenues.
3) Clearly "JB & ZJMY Co., Ltd." does not equal "Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Technology Co ltd."
4) the rest is social media fiction
