Not if all you're looking to do is buy and sell at will, not having to wait the T-2 transfer period.

Buying OTC on margin may be a little dangerous, but if you qualify for the margin account, using it to avoid T-2 time may be beneficial...but then you can only make so many trades before qualifying as a "day-trader" and changing the capital gains.
