Pretty responsible of a CEO to make sure the shares (credit line) was available for the possible future needs. I’d rather know I have the credit lines available in my personal life in case something comes around that I’d like to be able to get so I am happy the company now has that line of credit (available shares) incase another sweet deal like Jawea acquisitions comes along.
