We have a company that can't file an IND in the five years they have owned CIAB and there is going to be a bidding war on what exactly? They don't even own furniture.

tulla wouldn't a partnership be better for PMCB than a buyout. seems to me better chance of making more money

There's obviously a huge reason for, and effort taking place, in assembling additions with vast experiences, high intellect, and phenomenal backgrounds. Why spend the time and money doing this if you're expecting a buyout? jmo
