Yes...but is there any way to independently verify what Darkpulse is saying. But I did notice this line in the Purchase Order

"Subject to successful demonstration/installation of DPT’s BOTDA system(s) at Owners facility."

That could mean either the project going forward is subject to the successful demonstration of the technology...or that BVTK just doesn't get paid until all is done...which is assumed anyways.
