They are not going to RS anytime soon. The uplisting checklist is too long for them right now. RS is like the last thing they will do before uplisting. And even if that is even needed.
Hopefully, the milestone keep being hit and the PPS rises with that...
As of right now we are waiting on a Jan 24th PRE IND for BICX102, which is the Naltrexone Implant.
CEO Granier has stated that they are moving forward with the BICX102 IND application as soon as it is ready. So it may/probably will happen before the PRE IND date since it is all the way on January 24th.
They won't RS anytime soon! Made that clear in the CC and the CEO only makes 170k a year and has 18 million shares which he has never sold one. They won't RS their shares... he bought a lot of those before he even worked for the company. Those shares are everything to him
