Where do you see that Aegis Purchased Zoomsafer for 5Million?
Or i should say how did that info come about?
The Only thing i found was......

the company announced today that it has acquired competitor ZoomSafer for an undisclosed amount, bringing the two providers together to offer solutions for commercial fleet operators


In addition to the acquisition, Aegis mobility also announced it has closed $5 million in equity financing led by the West Michigan and Chicago Angel Groups, which it will be using to scale and invest in marketing, sales, and product development.

Just curious if 5 mill was the price tag for that company at that time?
I can only imagine a current price would be on above 20Mill.....

No sir i wasnt saying anything bad about you or pointing fingers. It was in the PowerPoint you supplied the link too. I never said it was you that posted it. All i was asking is where the 5mil buy came from. Zoomsafer was making serious money back in the day and i can only assume it sold for a lot more than 5mil. I am just curious what aegis paid for it. Sorry i wasnt very clear with my post. I meant no ill will. Onci has a lot of potentail and yes so does the one you mentioned in my email. I have shares in it as well. GLTY. Again my apologies.
