Seriously! I don't even see the big deal here... Anyone, & I mean ANYONE, could have "merged" into SANP (by buying them) for 250k cash and leaving Frankie with some shares to sell... What else would a Chinese Bitcoin mining company that needs to get into the US market ASAP & is already producing over 300k/day revenue do?!
