During the GDXJ re-balancing earlier this year PVG was added, so I expect to see some big buys, generally at eom or just after.
Now, yuan back by gold is another thing entirely. Word is that Russia have already made the agreement (in September) with China to deliver their oil in Yuan backed by gold, as have Iran. Venezuela have also notified all their seaports not to accept the dollar as currency in any transactions at their ports and they export to China as well.
The bull market for gold is about to explode.....BIGLY!
