that's why FDA has to be challenged and AFAIK there is no application in place to get general use clearance. Understanding what that would involve using the RWD for starters is vital

plus how to fund the marketing if you are "going alone" as they seem to be.

I have a feeling Andy didnt want to lose anothr 20% of the margin to give to McKesson or someone to do the marketing for them...
