Thanks just putting out what I have on this.

Also for those saying that Mr Hofmeister forgot or didn't do his job, I'm not really sure that's true. I say this because I think it is ultimately up to the company (or at least give the OK) to file the paperwork with FINRA.
I say this because the email I got from Mr Robins was actually answering an email I sent to Mr Hofmeister. I think he forwarded it to Mr Robins because it is really his call to file.....JMO
