All about speculation,
Very few shares traded ,
Closed .008 because of LONG TERM SPECULATION,
agree on currency exchange price but seems never works that way now does it ,seems so many times foreign plays always get a premium & with huge potential you will pay a premium,good luck buying .003 ,would like to buy a few million @ that price but not happening ,Huge Potential = UP WE GO,
.01 will happen very soon ,BTW .013 WAS PRIOR HIGH ,as a sub penny/micro cap trader price always returns to prior high ,remember PCOGF WAS HIGH AS .24 cents years ago on less potential then now ,Go figure ,

GO,PCOGF .03-.05 will happen with any good news & drill results in gas or oil plays !
