Why can he not deliver? It has been in the hands of the lawyers for how long? By the time the lawyers are through , can you imagine their fees? Probably a good fraction of what the deal is worth. In the unfortunate outcome that there is no deal, the lawyers will still have to be paid. People here critize my negative posts but I hope someone would relate them to the CEO and get him to respond or to get things moving.I would like to make a positive post but that is not possible the way things are.
