If you get a chance to talk to your IR contact again at NGL relay this message:

We the faithful will be glad when they succeed in getting the shorting of this stock to become a bad idea. While it is normal for all stocks to face a small short percentage, it looks to me like this stock is a big target. Sentiment remains high that is can provide profit on the short side, in spite of the increased efforts by Krimball and the board to exhibit confidence.

The next move by the company will be an important signal. I believe we are still weeks away from the actual earning release, scheduled for 11/3. Maybe they will announce a steady distribution though soon.
If they do they may also indicate it is well covered.
