RFLMAO - no, you're wrong. Counties are legal divisions of a State. Cities are not legal divisions of a state. Regardless, when it comes to land use and Marijuana cultivation, cities and counties may decide how each locality deals w/ land use for cultivation for their respective land.

So, if MCIG "land" is in Bakersfield - guess what? No cultivation for MCIG. If MCIG "land: is in an unincorporated area of Kern County - and Kern County bans cultivation/production/sale of mj - guess what? No MCIG cultivation.

As wolf said, you don't know what you're talking about re: CRAPP or land use in Kern County....rflmao

I'm betting that the amount unincorporated land in Kern County is larger than the California City limits.

The over/under that the MCIG "land" is not in California City is pretty good.

And, you have no proof as to where the land is located in Kern County.
