So, like I said you don't have proof that MCIG land is in California City limits.

You were the one that brought up Kern County's vote on permitting MJ cultivation as proof that this could prohibit mCig's land from being used to grow and produce MJ.

I proved that it doesn't matter what Kern county does. The decision to allow or not allow MJ in their boundaries is up to each individual city/town/township in the county.

I don't have to prove anything else. You need to prove that they bought land in an area that doesn't permit cultivation. mCig says that they did. You have no proof that they didn't.
