AS increase depends on if management can get sp higher in short term.
Company only reserved 2.4B Settlement shares.
If EROP decide to sell on triple 2's HAON needs 10B Settlement shares.
With current OS of 3.5B that would make OS 13.5B, so an AS will be filed.

If company comes out with good news (audit, divi) Setllement shares can be sold higher. For example selling on 0,001 would only mean 2B Settlement shares, within the number of reserved shares --> no AS increase necesary.

I think last scenario is most likely. When volume hits (i mean B trade days), sp will go higher. This because of fact that Settlement shares are given in tranches and that EROP doesn't receive more shares then 9.99% of OS of that time. That would mean they get around 350-400M shares per tranche. A volume which will be easily taken out with a good pr.
