Jimr is being largely tongue in cheek with that post.

But, the fact that those additional shares were authorized is separate from them being actually issued.

There are under 300 million shs. outstanding right now so the remaining 50 mill. or so out of the 350 mill. authorized would have to have the certificates printed up when they are actually sold.

Once you are a non reporting pink sheet scam the rules become more lax like many other .000 stocks. A simple phone call and fax can add as much stock as one feels they need or want. No proxy needed where this is presently. Hope this helps, jimmy11
