I was told by the company that cutting the plants down and stacking wet product would cause mold. That is why the keep waiting after every rain to harvest as much as they can before next weather event so you are spot on with your assessment. Unfortunately we have had rain off and on over the last three weeks. This is really unusual for this part of Colorado. I've never seen it like this in the Fall before ever. Will get done! $AZFL
