Chris, In my opinon, they cannot issue over 2 billion shares, I think the dilution for HISC is over. If they go over 2 billion, they will have to buy any over 2 billion back before the divy date. HISC only owns 40,000,000 shares of EVSY. So 2 billions is the max in my opinion. I think the dilution will now be through EVSY if anything. JMHO.
