OWCP doesn't provide any information about their research or safety studies.
They certainly are following the same protocol as real pharmaceutical companies.
You do understand that that GW Pharmaceuticals has over 40 cannabis related patents and many more patent applications in the pipeline - while OWCP has 7 patent applications that have been rejected.
Saying that Hirsch is taking OWCP to be the number one cannabis pharmaceutical company - which is hilarious.
