Where is your proof? You have been called out.

I watch this stock on L2 everyday. It's blatantly obvious when a stock is getting shares dumped into it. One key sign is shares currently getting sold under the ASK basically all day and about 75%+ of the selling for the day would be sold under the Asking price. I haven't seen this being done on this stock at all to point to dilution.
