This is actually great news for this company...while it doesn't reflect on us directly...this was two owners ago I believe...it does show that while the wheels of justice may be slow they are moving. Having this case and the rest come to a close, puts the final period on the matter. I am sure there are few shells or companies who can actually trace their past ownerships as clearly as DOLV will be able to due to the amazing focus this investigation has required. Talk about cleaning up the books on a scam/fraud. As it finalizes, it will leave us with a sqeaky clean past and the new owners going forward will have also had a rigorous scrubbing of any lingering questions by FINRA. My goodness, we have been thru the ringer and still hanging in there. Up how much since February when we began to get a drift on what was happening to this abandoned gold mine...lol. We have rolled and we are getting ready to ROCK. Lindy
