Kura TDA has free L2, just open an account and activate Think or Swim. Don't even think you need to deposit into it, but I jput 1000 in and bought some shares and now have L2 for life

Yes they do ... under new options platform. If desktop does not have it will be available to all November 12. You can presently use tablet with L2. Looking at it now.

iHub has it. Excellent platform but it costs you. I paid $1007.40 in Nov last year. Gives you a message Board Subscription (unlimited posting) & Realtime Market Data/level 2 subscriptions. I don't know about other L2 platforms but iHub's IMO is excellent. That's a lousy stinkin' $19.36 per week !!!!!! Loosen that wallet up bro. You're posting on iHub already.
